This project consisted of general contracting services for a new ground up pool bath house facility including a men's and women's restroom with shower building, access controlled perimeter fence, 2,300 SF pool, pool equipment, and start up. Additional scopes included wet utility installation, dry utility coordination, site grading and landscaping.
