This project consisted of construction management and preconstruction services for 28-acre site development. The site features single-family homes (126) and town homes (120) building pads. Preconstruction services included budgeting, assistance forming the Metro District, scheduling, project planning, continual interface with the design team, utility layout design assistance, dry utility coordination, permit procurement, evaluation of alternates, and entitlement assistance. Construction Management services include subcontractor bidding, review, and award, on-site construction supervision including installation of over a mile of 16" water line, public right of way roadway including curb, gutter, and sidewalk, wet utilities, dry utilities, and landscape installation throughout the site.
