Premier Facility Constructors was the General Contractor for the renovation and expansion of the existing veterinary clinic. The renovation portion of the project included 1,953 SF of fully gutted and reconfigured space including all MEP systems, cabinetry, flooring, framing and drywall, and applicable life safety requirements. The expansion portion included a 1,258 SF addition which included a surgery suite, treatment area, offices, and break room. All work was completed with the facility occupied and required close coordination with the clinic throughout the construction.
