The Law One project included renovation of a 2-story wood framed historic building in downtown Denver. The general contracting scope included complete replacement, in place, of 2nd floor structural wood joist and roof rafter system, new entry with historic façade dividing the building into two facilities with a local bar remaining on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor construction consisted of a new modern office build out with multiple offices, conference rooms, reception, and breakroom area.
