Premier Facility Constructors was the General Contractor for the construction of a new 4,400SF Jiffy Lube automotive center with a 1,000SF basement. The project included a concrete basement with structural steel and composite concrete deck for automotive lanes, and an office package including millwork, restrooms, and a lounge area. The project also included a complete site development package including wet utilities, dry utilities, curb and gutter, site paving, and landscape and irrigation.
