General Contracting services for an approximate 9,500 SF expansion into an existing office space for a national defense contractor. The project included demolition of the existing interior of the space, installation of new interior walls, ceiling, flooring, break room, server room, lab area, and all interior finishes. The project includes close coordination with existing building owner and end user as well as the users third party IT and communications contractor.
