Premier Facility Constructors was the General Contractor for the relocation of the Colorado Gymnastics Institute. The project includes interior tenant finish of an approximately 28,000 SF facility including new mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing, and installation of multiple gymnastics pits ranging in depth from 2’ to 6’ deep into the existing slab. The project also included installation of a 2 hour fire separation wall, interior offices, restrooms, and dance studio. This fast-track project was completed on time within 12 weeks of the construction start.
